So who is Hoops Forreal?

What’s good everyone?!

They call me Hoops (:

all I wear is hoop earrings, LITERALLY!

I have a pair to go with every outfit for every second of the day!

A woman could never have too many hoop earrings!!!

But nevertheless, I’m just a 5’2” Jamaican urban hippie who moved from New Haven, Connecticut to Atlanta, Georgia! Which changed my life forever!

When I first moved to Georgia, of course it was new and of course I didn’t like it..

But I grew to love it because of the opportunities it eventually gave me!

I’ve always been an artist..but I never knew HOW talented I was (in the whole Art genre itself), until I realized that I was a designer in all aspects.

Before I went to school for Graphic Design, I was always into creating, painting, drawing, modeling, poetry, DIY, you name it! I was into it!

So moving to Atlanta and seeing the cultural artistic view of everything…down to the people, the fashion, the food, the music…I simply adapted perfectly fine.

I now run 2 businesses currently: IssaHoopThingLLC and Artroticabyhoops. Where on one, I have a jewelry line and the other creating graphic arts.

I’m also, heavily into the fashion world as well. A big sucker for bold colors, weird patterns, & literally all accessories!

But..HOOPS are EVERYTHING!!!!

I created this website to show my lifestyle as a young talented black woman with a few small businesses & no regrets. I’m all about compassion, love, success, & empathy. I stand on positive energy always!
